Tuesday I had a mini snap. WE received a communication from Visa that the reason why we had 4 dispute losses was because we did not include documentation...the communication comes in on their system... that shows the documents were received and read by the issuer the day I denied the dispute. I sent a message to the Boston Boss asking her to contact me when she has a change. She called me on my cell phone... I asked if she saw the communication. I told her that I feel the the dead horse that is being beaten. I cant take hours and hours and hours with these things and take hours and hours with the other job too. VISA needs priority so I can keep up with this. I am sick of this situation.

Yesterday the team leader called me to check in from when she was on vacation. I asked if the Boston Boss told her I called her Tuesday. She said no. She did say that she and the Boss had a call saying how they want me to take on more of the team leaders job. I told her that I cannot work any more hours. To take more of her work I need to be moved off of VISA. So far I have written basic procedures for it, but no one is including me in any conversations so I dont know what is going on but the situation is creating health issues.

I have today and tomorrow off as mental health days.

It was nice not to work.

I didnt accomplish all I wanted to do, but it was a mental health day.

I crafted...finished a ceramic Christmas tree to donate to the Animal shelter for a fund raiser raffle on Sunday.

I put together a small cabinet for the bedroom.

I walked the house beach. The fish were there I love seeing the little fishes. I had a thought that I must look like Nanaue chase the little jelly fish creatures in the Suicide Squad movie.

Spent some time sitting in the garden.
