Sep. 20th, 2021 10:30 pmThe Good: Saturday I went Revere beach and walked the surf line. It was good. I found some a couple of interesting shells. I had lunch. I found out that clam tenders are not the same as clam strips. Tasty, but different. I prefer the whole fried clams, but it's nice to try new things.
Work was worse. It is triggering my neurological disorder...BIG TIME that hasn't happened in years. No one cares, but enough is enough. I cant have this triggering all sorts of mental illness. I need help. Being split between two jobs isn't working. I worked 6 hours yesterday (Sunday) and I was still behind today even though I started at 4:15 AM. The 2 functions I have conflict with one another. I need to talk with the team leader...again. If things are not changing then I need to give up some of her work...not permanently, but maybe put me on a rotational schedule so I learn the functions for when she is on vacation...but I cant do them every day.
I also had to prepare procedures last week while also doing all of the team leaders job ...some without any training. I have the procedures ready and have SLA counts and production numbers and the VP decided to not come in today and the boss couldn't be bothered to tell me so I sit alone in a meeting for a half hour. Sigh.
I need to get a phone upgrade. My phone is dying slowly...its over 5 years old and Dad's phone isn't working. I have an appointment for Saturday. I wanted to wait a bit until a friend was here who helps me with my tech, but I cant have Dad not have a working phone. I have a fair bit of anxiety over the transfer part... not that I need anything on the phone. I don't use it like that. I am just not sure if I will need to reset all my passwords or it to will just work. I know that I can recreate them, but there is one that I hope I don't loose. I have never done this before so I dont know what happens. That and I am unsure about my apple password. I changed it when I got my iPad, but it does not work on my computer... that makes no sense. If you change it one one device it should be teh same for all devices. I cant figure it out. I don't remember needing to use my apple sign one when I got the phone. I hope I can do that at home. I don't use the cloud so I dont want them taking anything from there. Oh well... I will have to wait and see.
