Days 6, 7 and 8 of thankfulness

Day 6 is a pair of shoes. At first I was going to say my midlife crisis flowered cowboy boots... but they were just a whim ..and embroidered flowers make them hard to wear in not perfect wether. The shower I am grateful for are mu orange beach sandals. They take me to my favorite place.

Day 7 is scent. Lilac. I have never lived in a house that did not have lilacs... They make me think home as opposed to house...

Day 8 is restaurant. It's the Choate Bridge Pub in Ipswich... a safe place to wait fir a train after a day at the beach or when I would see a friend perform in Ipswich.

I miss the white liliac that grew outside of the bathroom window of my first apartment. We'd throw open the window every spring and the bathroom would smell amazing.
