I am happy that the contractor is my cousin and I trust him to come and go in my house with no reservations.

Our renno is modest, but it brings the kitchen from 1940s to now... and a dishwasher.

The hope is that it will make it easier to spend time in the downstairs and make cooking easier for me so Dad doesn't feel like he is living alone.

We're also considering the kitchen but the attic comes first as you know!
