UMMMM...I figured out how to get photos off face book. Yay.

I think it is huge because it came straight off the iPhone and is not formatted.

How? I haven't figured it out.

On my mac I go to my photos in facebook, open it up, and then right click to copy the photo address. Once I do that I use the photo icon here and paste the photos address in the field
