How did you choose your LJ/Dreamwidth name?

It is a combination of Characters from a book I read just when I got AOL...way back in the day. The book was called Elements of Fire. One of those 90's fantasy books. Kade was that half Far child of a human king and her Father did not recognize her...so she was a magic pain in the arsenal to the kingdom... and then when Evil Foe wanted to attack the kingdom she joined forces with the Widowed Queen (not her mother) and the captain of the guard. Ravena was the Queen who signed a treaty with the invader in the castle tower... a tower she filled with gin powder and when the leaders showed up for her to surrender she blew them all to hell... herself included....sadly
