ravena_kadeIt's been a week. It's just hard getting up at 3:30 working with a boss who is doing the push push push because she is going on vacation and then entertaining until 9:30 PM... go away.
Texas Uncle said to me that they next time they come up for a month (OH MY GOD..a Month, WHY?????) They want to pay me $5000 and stay at my place. First, that made me feel poor. No one has to pay me to stay in my house. Second...where do I go to have a nervous breakdown.
One day they asked to do laundry because where they are staying as 2 washing machines, but one is broken. Sure. Okay. No problem. They have done Laundry before. So they came over Wednesday night and said that I should do my own thing. Yay. I am trying to do stuff and I hear a faint voice calling... It was my Uncle roaming around the cellar (I am on the second floor apartment). He is looking for a light and the washing machine. Umm... you walked by the laundry area to walk down the stairs. The machines are right outside the kitchen door.
This week I also found out that my disabled friend has cancer. The pain in her arm is from 2 masses that are squeezing a nerve. Since she has the embolism on her heart they cannot operate, She can't just go home because without the arm she can't use a walker. The plan is to give her radiation to shrink the masses, then get her to a rehab to strengthen her arm and then send her home to die. The hope is that her heart doesn't burst before that happens. Stuff like this is why I have no Faith. There are so many assholes out there that should suffer and don't.
On good news I had a friend visit and it was a nice quiet visit that rested my brain. We watched movies on the sofa. It's been 10 years since I watched a movie on the sofa. It was nice to be family free for a night.
Yesterday I dod not wake up with anxiety over all the chores. I sent Dad to a casino and had me time until 3 PM.
Today is a cousin day as other cousins are coming to visit Texas Uncle. Then the Texans head to New Hampshire until the end of the week. They are back here for 3 days then they go home.

Nobody has to pay you to stay in your house, but if they're going to be in your space, eating your food, using your washer and dryer, etc. I think it's polite of them to offer. But they should be offering more, because OMG nobody wants houseguests for a month!!!
And I'm so sorry about your friend. =(
