Today was a long day.

The death of a 40 year old woman that I have known for 15years weighed heavy. Her husband is part of my adopted family... he is like my cousin. She felt Ill Wednesday night, went to bed. Went to the bathroom. Got sick. Collapsed. Her husband called 911. She coded several times. Turns out she had pneumonia and the virus went to her heart. They borough her back 12 times Her heart would not stay on. She left behind her husband, a 12 year old, and a 2 year old.

I have also been having flash backs of my Mom's last days. Not great. Makes it hard to schedule my own appointments since it was the medical people who contaminated her.

I did go to a BIG craft show with my Dad. I saw lots of lovely things. Lot's of good ideas. Glad I went.

Hope to have some company in the morning ad then I planned a dinner for Dad's Birthday. Once home I have photos from last weekend to format and upload.

So very sorry about the loss of the woman you know, what a blow to everyone who knew her but especially her husband and young son. No age is good one to lose your mother but twelve is a terrible age, on the cusp of growing up. Also sorry to hear you are having flashbacks about your own mom *Hugs*.

I always thought my Mm would go the way this woman went...something fast like a fall or a heart attack. But the doctors told me she would live to 100 because nothing was wrong with her...

Good god, that's horrible. I'm so sorry for your loss and for her family's loss. =(
