Oct. 26th, 2017 11:28 pmTonight I once again tried the cheese burger quesadeas. They are tasty. I make my burgers like my Mom. Dad really like burgers, but it is rare that I order one out. I have discovered that it really depends on the bread...and sometimes less is more...so I like the tortillas.
The thing is that I have have not perfected the procedure... That are not quick. I cook the burger. Heat the tortilla. Cur burger in half and place on one side or the tortilla and pile on cheese, pickles, red onion, and sometimes ketchup. The the thing gets put back on the fry pan to toast up the tortilla... Usually one is good...but I cook for two, and one falls apart. Oi.
I think the next time I will just mack an oblong burger. Maybe pre melt the cheese on the burger so it helps things stick together when I post the tortilla.
