Feb. 9th, 2025 09:12 pmThis was the week I went with Dad to the cousins house. My Aunt was quiet. The cousin with cancer stayed in her room. The other 2 when not asleep in their chairs just bad mouthed their sister that had the stroke. I did challenge the youngest sister when she was talking shit about the sister in the rehab. Frankly I feel that if the sister has to stay in the house at all she will be in a hostile environment.
Dad and I talked about the cousin coming to our house, but I only work remote 2 days and if she cannot walk to the bathroom on her own I would not be capable to carry. her/move her as she is 300 pounds.
It worries me that if something happened to me that I could end up at the cousins...but at this point I think I would have someone shoot me.
Today they texted me and asked if Dad could have calzones AGAIN. I said he could have a salad. I dont understand why their brother's death and sisters stroke hasn't got them thinking better.
Earlier their niece posted about February being National heart health month. The cousins were mad that the post had details about their Brothers death. I found it interesting. He was actually diagnosed with Congestive heart failure...like my Dad. And his ejection fraction was at 10%...when it should be closer to 50%. My Dad's is 15%. No wonder he had a massive heart attack...he was eating shit and not taking his meds correctly. Sad to think that my 82 year old Dad was healthier than a 69 year old.
