Somehow on Sunday I must have pulled a muscle in my shoulder or someinth as it was sore on Monday. Then on Monday I had a hyper dog on a walk and totally wrench my Armand he gt away from me. Oi. So yesterday I could not move my arm. It's my left so I could deal, but any movement was enough to make me yelp out loud. I really thought I killed my rotator cuff of something close. I couldn't even cook dinner so we went out and I came home and went to bed at 5:30 and stayed there until 3:30 this morning.

The arm is not as sore. Back to Monday's level before dog walking. I did have to go out and one handed shovel because Dad is not allowed to do that and won't stay home.

He didn't even ask me how my arm was or how I was feeling after I one armed shoveled. He just wanted to hurry off to work. I told him the boss should put in a TV then he could stay there.

I work from at home today so I have the arm lathered in some sort of menthol muscle pain cream and am doing 800 Motrin.

If it doesn't lighten up in a couple days I will have to go see about it.

I hope you shoulder recovers soon. My son Rob is also suffering with one. He's had a cortisone injection but may need surgery, but hopefully not.

My folks were married for 54 years ...and Dad hasn't changed. I don't know why my Mother never strangled him.

I'm glad to hear that. I've long sworn by Salonpas pain relieving topical products; is that what you're using as a muscle rub?

Yes. That is what I am using. It's helped a lot.

I constantly smell of menthol these days. Haha. But it helps so much!

It is doing much better now,. I can raise it up over my head, bt can't hold it straight out from my side without pain. I'm keeping it close and hope it will be all set soon.

Wow, your Dad is not big on the whole "interpersonal awareness" thing.
I hope your shoulder/arm does better it's hard when you have to keep on keeping on.

Dad is emotionally a Labrador Retriever.

The arm is SOOOOO much better than yesterday. I really think it was damage from the ramped up dog money night.

The weird thing is that the rub on pain killer gel makes me sneeze.
