Dec. 20th, 2024 07:14 pmI called the boss this morning. I told her that I saw something that worried me...and if I didn't call it would be in my head all weekend. It could be a little money or it could be another 87K... She said she was glad I called and that she would take it from there. I told her that my intent is not to rat someone out, but if I called the tellers they would not know what I was talking about and saying its what happened 2 weeks ago the the 87k would go over their heads. She appreciated that I was looking out for the credit union. I told her to let me know if I jumped the gun and there was a valid reason why I could not see the transactions.
After I headed out into the snow to mail my last Christmas package. It's for the Texas Aunt and Uncle. I do not feel that bad as they sometimes don't even look at gifts until the weekend.
After I went into town for some retail therapy. The train gods were not with me and all of the lines had good sized delays. I went to my Dad's work and we went to lunch . I had a really nice swordfish sandwich. Very nice .
After we visited his sister. She couldn't get to her Christmas tree that was buried in the garage so I gave her a ceramic tree that I made. It looked really nice on her mantle. We filled her in on all my Dad's medical stuff and had cookies. It was a nice visit.
The ride home wasn't great. Took us over 2 hours to get from Lynn to Quincy. The snow was heavy and there was about 2 inches on the ground. There were no plows and things were starting to freeze up.
