My days at home will always have Dad related distractions. Ma would not have generated any bills other than electric and cable... and some beer. I opened the mail and found a bill from the lawn mower people for 2 years. I did not know who they were. The cousins have their lawn mowed by the same people and could not tell me who they were. My readers may recall that I hate the lawn mower men as they mow my flowers down. The bill is for 2 years. $1600.00. I called my Dad as he chooses to be at the cousins again to watch football and eat food that will put him in the hospital AGAIN. I told him that tomorrow he needs to call and cancel the service for next year. He is to negotiate a payment plan ... pay them off in 3 months. He does not have the money so I will have to pay it ...grrrrr... and I will take it out of his bank account if he cannot pay me on a monthly basis. If I take the cash straight up he has no money for meds. Sigh. It looks like I am paying for all the heating fuel myself this year. Christ on a Cracker. We also need to put in a medical grade electrical outlet in his bedroom so he can be plugged in at night. I have no idea how much that will cost. The good news is that there will be no more lawn mower men.
