Today the boss said she needs me to get comfortable working remote. She needs me not to even listen to my coworkers. She told the office manager, in private, not to talk to me. The office manager apologized because she will need to ignore me when the boss is in the office. The boss still thinks I am a not up to speed because I am distracted. Not wanting to admit that she needs to be in the office to train. I can't leave because I will never get a job that will let me go to the huge amount of dr appointments Dad will need for the heart pump. I have just quietly quit. I will suck up a pay check and time until she cuts me loose. I will try and train myself at home and work remote on Fridays and any day Dad has a non Boston Dr appointment. When I interviewed I stressed that I learn through dialog and that I wanted to be part of a team. That is why I didn't need to work remote.
