ravena_kadeToday I went and stayed with the 95 year old aunt at the rehab. She looked good. I went at 10 and was picked up at 12:45. I had lunch with her and did a jigsaw puzzle with her. She is very happy that she is going home tomorrow afternoon. They just wanted to do one more physical therapy session with her.
After I went back to the cousins house and helped them move some furniture in my Aunts bedroom. The intent is that my aunt will sleep in her recliner until the arm is healed so she can get up easier...especially to use the bathroom. The lead cousin will sleep in my Aunt's bed to make sure she doesn't fall in the night. They were able to get an alarm pad for the recliner that plays music when someone gets off the chair. The song is "It's a Small word after all". I'm sure that will drive my cousin batty after a week of it.
