ravena_kadeThe cousin is still in. the hospital. They can't get a handle on the fluid build up. They don't know why it keeps coming back. It sounds like it is kidney related and not heart (like my Dad) She will be two weeks this Tuesday.
Today I was able to get som more yard work done. Weeding the fence boarders and power washed the patio so I can set up the new spa. I also cut up the old spa as it was too heavy for the trash men to take. Oi. I also went on a goose chase to find the charger for the weed wicker. I bet Dad threw it away. I ordered one after searching the cellar, the front porch and the back hall.
At noon I left to go to a Marsh walk being put on by the Neponset Water Shed Group. It was interesting. Maybe about a 4 mile walk. I know the road that the march path starts on from walking the dogs at the animal shelter. I wore jeans and long sleeve as I. knew it would be very buggy. The people were very knowledgable and they took us right to the Neponset River bank. We were too loud a group to see any of the birds, but I will go back and check the area out on my own.
Once home Dad and I went out to dinner and I did some more yard work. We then went for an ice cream.

Date: 2024-06-02 11:00 pm (UTC)I got a new weed whacker this year because the squirrels ruined my last one. They chewed out the cord spool and then the new spool wouldn't stay in it.
Now I have 4 batteries and I think 3 chargers. I should be able to whack forever, too bad my hand cramps so quickly holding the power on. LOL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
