My trip North on Friday was nice. I left the office at 1:30 and it was so nice out. A perfect spring day. The train ride was vert pretty. All the trees were that lovely bright spring green. I enjoyed watching the scenery go by. Once in Dover I me up with "allgudallthetime" and we had a lovely dinner and did a lot of catching up. So nice.

Saturday we did breakfast, hit my favorite stone shop and then headed to the Reno Faire. I did buy myself a Druzy agate skull at the stone shop. I had seen one a few weeks ago and I kept thinking about it. I knew this shop would have one. I also learned how the stalactite beads I like so much are formed.... they are not formed by drips like regular cave formations. It's good to know all about the beads because they are expensive and I feel people should know how special they are if they are going buy anything I make with them. We were the first people at the shop and I think the shop owner was pleased with the sale (Druzy agate skulls are far from inexpensive)

The fair was a bit soggy. We roamed around and had a nice time while we were there. The dizzy wasn't too bad but the hard rain was so we left at 2 pm. It was still a good day and nice to see my friends.

My train ride home was nice and Dad met me in Boston at North Station. We went out to eat and I was pretty tired after that.

Sunday I stayed home and puttered around the house. It was good to not go to the cousins.
