Yesterday was one of the first days I have been angry at work. I could not figure out the last 3 invoices that were due for the month. The notes just said to make the Boss give them to you on the last of the month. The boss was not in and didn't respond to my questions for 4 hours. I understand that these will be just growing pains and that once I know how to do things I will probably be board... The will be okay as the coworkers are friendly enough and like chatting.

While trying to reconstruct what the book keeper did in previous months I found a receipt from Feb 27 that I was not shown. They paid the guy who was leaving $500 to write a training manual. This manual is the shitty notes I have. Where I have worked ,all my life, training and providing documentation was part f the job. I told my sister last night on the phone and she just went WTF. My first issue is that the notes are only 12 pages long and have NO screen shots. None. No printed examples...nothing. Some manual. I will rewrite it with screen shits and such. I will do this because the boss will most likely want the new hire to be my back up when I finally earn enough time to take a week off.

It should be better. I need to remember I am the only corporate person there. My experiences come with higher standards than they have. Once I don't need training I can cruise.

I just need a key for for the trains not to be so treacherous.

Wow, $500 bucks? That's a lot of money, and yeah, it should have been part of their job, not something they got paid extra for. I would consider that payment to be fraud.
