ravena_kadeYesterday Dad wanted to go to the cousins. I texted to make sure they wanted people over. I feel my Dad is a haunt. We brought lunch. I told the that I would watch the Mom so they could do things, even take a nap if they wanted. My Aunt has started watching Grimm on streaming. A weird choice, but I had never seen it so I watched with her. It amused me even if the plot seemed like a cross between Buffy the Vampire Slayer and a soap opera. I'm a sucker for an occult herb shop. I love herb lore. My aunt was really paying attention and we chatted about what was going on with the plot.
At 2 AM my phone started making noises. I keep may phone close because I told dad to call if he doesnt feel right. I can't hear him as my bedroom is at the opposite end of the house from his. Well the lead cousin was up making and instant messenger group list to keep people updated on her sister... and every time she added someone my phone would ping. Grrr...
Today the boss didnt show up. I thought she ay have gotten too much snow to drive down, but no, she was sick again. I did pretty good on my own and made up a few new reports. It's funny that when the boss is out (and she is out a lot) that the member services reps (tellers) get real chatty. At one point Aide said that I fit in well with the group. That made me happy. She said she didn't think I would because most college people don't stay. I said I never went to college. They were surprised. I said I know a lot of different things but nothing of great use... it's because I watch Public Broadcasting shows and I am old. 2 of them are just 35.

I tried to like GRIMM-it had everything I love but OMG inconsistent writing. Their casting was surprisingly good.
