The cat continues to be lovable.

He does confuse me though.

He sleeps in my bed and is very active between 3:30 and 5... not great, but I get that they are nocturnal and my regular day starts at 4 anyway. On the weeks I hide under the covers and play avoid the tongue until about 5 and then he settles in and sleeps on my head.

I wake up again at 6:30 and get up and he greats me like he hasn't seen me for hours. Like I have gone to work and just come home. Do they forget... or is he saying ooh...its awake, I must mark it all over again?

Cats aren't thought to have good memories but it's sweet anyway! :o)

I have two cats and I have them banned from my bedroom at night as they have a bad habit of leaping off the window sill onto me when I'm asleep and scaring me senseless :) They come in in the morning and have a cuddle.

My cats are definitely creatures of habit and seem to have internal clocks.
