Just applied fora few more jobs so I can collect unemployment for this week. I am glad this will be over for a bit.

I am getting conflicting into on wether I apply for the unemployment benefit for partial next week. People say yes, but the 3 days I am working will pay me $30 less than my benefit for the whole week. I am not sure how to proceed. I think last time I just stopped claiming...and then when I was dumped by the pen place I had some weeks left. I. have 10 weeks left to my current clam and have until 11/24 to claim it. I really hope I fit at this place.

In my state they have huge fines for over collecting. Please be very careful only as I would hate for that to happen to you.

Apply, even if you're working a partial week.

The last time I was on unemployment, I was working part time near the end. I can't remember the exact formula (and it may have changed since then) but you were allowed to earn # amount of money before they started deducting the amount you earned more than # from your unemployment. So you could still get a partial check from unemployment, depending on how much you earn from three days of work.
