This is the beach I was at today. Revere Beach is the first public beach (by the US Government standards...all beaches were public before the Europeans settled here and started grabbing land). To the right there is a busy BLVD and high rise condos and such. Could not see any of that today.

The overwhelming majority of beaches here (and being an island there are a lot) are public.

Here the rich people buy up property all around and then try to deny access to the public.
