Went over to the cousins. While football was on I scrolled through job postings on my phone. It is way too small for that. Oi. I wanted to see what jobs I may have missed as I didn't apply for anything last week as I thought I would either hear back from the senior center or the bank down by the seaport . Well, I did hear back from the seaport, just not what I wanted to hear.

My goals for the week are apply for more jobs, get Christmas cards, and mail out the gifts I have purchased.
To be honest the gifts I have for Texas Uncle are from last year... I didn't send anything because Dad was doing poorly. I did mail them a check so it wasn't like I forgot. I just couldn't wrap and didnt want to walk to the post office.

I figure since I have to check Dad's vitals to decide his meds at 4:30 AM I will job hunt from 5 to 8 and then do other things. It will be a good time to "spring" clean the house. That should be something positive.

I hope you find something even better and then if/when they call you, you can tell them to drop dead. UGH...

I am planning on following up with the center on Wednesday. It's hard as the person's child could be in the hospital. Kids can die from this.

Funny. This was the only non corp job that I can find. Even then its a $700 pay cut a month. The corporation jobs come with so much corporate crap ad I would be stuck competing with 30 year olds as well as not being able to go to any appointments.

Keep applying until you have a firm job offer. You never know, even if you DO have a firm job offer, something even better might show up!
