Yesterday Dad decided to clean out some things in his bedroom. He ended up going through drawers in my Mother's dresser. In it he found a tiny laminated piece of paper. He asked me what it was and to read it. It was a tiny cut out from a newspaper. It was a classified from years ago..like before I was born...when people took out classifieds. There was a red heart on it. It said "Paul, I love you more and more each day. Your Roaseann" It must have been for Valentines Day. My folks were married at 18 and 19 years old. It made me cry. My Dad would have never saw it in the News paper unless she showed to him as he never read.

He also found a bottle of perfume. Real perfume. Ma wore Chanel No. 5. That bottle would cost a couple hundred dollars now. Chanel No. % and aquanette hair spray was my Mom's scent.

WOW... What amazing treasures. :)
I started my mom on buying designer perfumes and she would keep them on a little mirror tray in the bathroom, and they still sit there and mom has been gone almost 11 years now. ♥
