ravena_kadeYesterday the people I sit next to, but no longer work for the Boston Boss, took me out to Dinner. It was very nice of them. We went to Asian Hit Pot. I have never had it before and I really liked it. I like playing with my food. The place also had really really good sushi. One of the best Dragon rolls I have ever had.
Today I signed on and found out that my timecard had been closed out and my calendar marked Nov3 and 4 as Terminated. The record show that the Boston boss did it. I know she didnt as she is in a beach somewhere in the Dominican and would never sign on while on PTO. NEVER. I went to the Team lead to ask her opinion and I became Verklempt. Working so hard just to become a target eats at me... but I cant do anything about it. I asked the team lead if I was missing anything. I wanted to go to the VP, but wanted to make sure I wasn't just being a fruit loop.
It took 3 hours to get anyone to talk to me or the VP. Was told that since Friday is payday they want this weeks' pay included so they locked me at 40 hours. It would have been nice if I were contacted as this was not the way I was told it should work back when they told me I was out the door. So tomorrow I will need to see what I have in my pay stub.
I feel like it is "here's your hat...get out"
Goals for today : reapply to the Arbella job, this time mail directly to an HR contact I was given. Then dismantle the kitchen office space...hell I should sage it.
Goal for tomorrow: Hand in my laptop and badge. Come home and electronically sign my termination orders.
Monday goal is to sign up for unemployment. Im told I can do it on line, but I have to include some coupon from work.
The house is cold, but Im afraid to turn up the heat. I will have to do that when Dad gets home because his malfunctioning heart keeps him cold. Next week he has a surgery... Im worried about that.
