ravena_kadeAt 5:15 am I sent and email stating that I would work today as my weekend away was cut short because I had to go to Urgent care on Friday. I thought I would work so the team lead wouldn't have to back me up. She could get everything she needed to look at for month end
at 6 AM I et an email from Boston Boss saying that my productivity reporting data needs to exactly match my time card data for last week and that there is no OT to get things done. I know there is no OT which is why I submitted a straight 40 time card and you know I was doing3 people's jobs so what is more important.... productivity or time card. We are short staffed. I cannot do both... so much for trying to be a team player and get the work done.
So much for working until you get sick.
The team lead called me to see how things went while she was on PTO last week. I sent her a screenshot of the email. I said it was crazy, but I wont be starting early unless I have to take my Dad to the Dr. I will be taking all of the 9th off instead of working until noon.
