ravena_kadeToday I went up North with Dad. It's been his longest drive since before his open heart surgery. I am a bit nervous going far with him because I don't know if I could take the wheel if something happened and he passed out...or died. It's a thing I have to deal with.
It was my first good fried clams the season. I saved my Christmas gift money and bought flowers at my favorite nursery. I also had enough to buy a silver scallop bracelet by a jewelry designer I like.
Came home and found it was too cold and raw to work in the yard.
Since Dad cannot eat out a second time I need to cook him something for dinner. After I hope to paint.
Tomorrow the cousins are back. They want to see him when they get home so I guess we are heading over there. I have say I did like my real 2 day weekends without any sports.
