I found a low sodium foodie webpage where the food actually looks good.

The first recipe I made format was Chicken Divan )chicken, broccoli, cheese, in a no salt added base> It was quite good. It would be fabulous with salt.

Tonight I roasted a pork tenderloin and has mashed potatoes with asparagus. I do well with the roasted meats as Ma never really added salt to her meats. and they taste fine if you add salt at the table.

I hav decided the next time I do a tenderloin I can cut it in half and roast the 2 halves. His hat can have the salt free spice rub and I can make char su pork out of mine. I can have it with rice and a veg.

I rarely add salt to things so it drives me crazy when I watch cooking shows and they keep saying, you need more salt.
And that's why most of the country is on BP meds. :o :o :o
