I have anxiety about going into work this week and next. I haven't been in the office on a Monday since March 2020.

I have a fear that they will change the system and I wont be able to teach myself and no one will provide any training.

I wish I could quit, but I've read of someone I know being turned down from jobs where they say they are begging to hire. This is because they want people with degrees and experience in those jobs so they wont have to train. One of these peoples is the subway in my state. Sad that they are holding everyone who takes the rail in handout of Boston hostage when the could just have people intern and learn the jobs.

I’m sorry for all this.
Most jobs have to train at least some, no matter what they say.
So, it shouldn’t be this way.

I thisnk that MA suffers from an overabundance of people with degrees people doing low-paying jobs

I know who you're talking about, and she said that she was turned down for jobs that she didn't have qualifications for (they were begging to hire upper management and project managers, neither of which are in her skill set). That doesn't mean that there aren't jobs out there, just that she hasn't found ones that are hiring for her skills yet.
