I didn't get a heck of a lot accomplished this weekend. This time of year is alway rough on me... I need my toes in the sand and to get out and about. This week isnt good for that as its school vacation week and all the places I like to go in winter are filled with kids and parents... too crowded. I look forward to March.

Saturday I tried a pizza recipe for lunch and I have the gist of it...but pizza, like anything else, is better when you can cook with salt. I did some research and if you are using yeast you need some salt to stop the yeast from over blooming. Maybe it will be a just me thing. It still is healthier to make my own. Dinner was a home made turkey meatloaf..a good option for Dad as I never used salt in my meatloaf to begin with. I also found the location to a clothing donation bin that is pithing walking distance so I was able to clean out some closet space. I will visit the bin more often.

Sunday was ceramic day at the cousins. Since football is done we watched an episode of Vera and Midsomer Murders. Much more up my alley than any sports ball. The cousins did take out. Dad wanted take out spaghetti and meatballs and was up 2 pound of fluid from it when I weighted him this morning.

Today is a bank holiday so I don't have to sign on to work. High tide is at 11 so I will go out at 10 and walk my shore line. Maybe I can get my arse in gear when I come back in. The tides are gentle in my shallow bay so whatever will be in the wrack line will sorely be there by then. If I wait until just after the high tide I wont get anything done today.
