ravena_kadeI worked through my Dad almost dying 3 times this fall. And my merit increase is only $20 a week. I was better treated in the sweat shop. Hell, my Dad's boss gave him a raise for just not dying.
It costs over $800 to fill my oil tank. Almost $200 for electric. Never mind the price of eggs.
and any place else that would want me would cut my pay by $80 a day or more.
That and I hate f'ing spread sheets with a passion.

Im just stuck and I need to do the Dad care stuff and Im not smart enough to get another job that has a couple days remote.
I just hope to be laid off after all of Dad's big Dr appointments and I finally figure out how to get his heart meds on a regular basis.

We just got whalloped with a $1300 "assessment" bill because some of our residents didn't bother to upkeep their hot water tanks, at least 2 of them broke and flooded the basement.
