ravena_kadeYesterday I did not finish all the things I wanted to. Dad decided to watch football with the cousins so the giant TV was available. I watched The Pale Blue Eye. It kept me engaged. I needed that. The actor playing Poe was interesting. I did really like the scenery. It is set in the Hudson Valley, not sure if it was actually filled there, but it was beautiful. Made me want to go out and take photos.
Today I had ceramics class with the cousins and brought along a homemade lunch that was pithing Dad's prescribed sodium limits. After class they watched Football and I fell asleep on the sofa.
The cousins are staying up north for a few days this summer. They are staying at a place that I wanted to go to alone. I cannot go with them as they are all going and I cant leave Dad totally alone. Right now Dad is still messing up his pills. I find it frustrating as I have trained developmentally challenged adults how to take meds. I cant figure out what Dad's issue is. It's just that he could go into arrhythmia and die if he doesn't take his meds properly.
I still hope to get away when some of the cousins are home...just in case. It love a small cottage with access to a beach with seashells. Some place to take photos. It doesn't have to be in the summer either. I like a beach in October and even November.
Tonight I think I figured out a computer problem on one of the work programs. Took about 2 hours, but I think I found the issue.

Dad did okay with one of those until the last few weeks he was still at home, and then I would go through after he filled them to make sure they were correct.
I sure hope you can get away some time when the cousins are home to help with your dad. :)
