ravena_kadeToo many Doctor appointments. Glad they all turned out well.
Had my review on Thursday in person with the boss. She played nice and mirrored what I said on my self assessment. She listed one of my strengths as me being not afraid to speak up... she hasn't a clue of what I bight my tongue on. She suggested I take some courses on excel whenI have time. Its not that I dont know excel...It's that I FREAKING HATE spreadsheets. HATE HATE HATE. But right ow Dad needs me to have flexibility. That and i think we just have until 2025 before they shut down the place. I want a package.
The wake and funeral were sad. This Uncle and the Aunt that passed last January were the relatives we lived with in our first memories. My Uncle's Dad owned a BIG 3 family in South Boston and we lived on the first floor. My Aunt and Uncle and cousins lived on the second floor. I remember the house even thought it was before I was school age. We played with the cousins. We were close.
Today I went over to the uncles apartment. My cousin gave me his art supplies and his french easel. I will take a painting once the grand children have looked at them to see if they want any.
Tomorrow I want to clear up the craft/studio room after the annual Christmas trashing of the place. Wanting to set the easel up will get me motivated.
