ravena_kadeI spoke to the team leader about stuff. It turns out that she is in a panic and went hysterical on the Boston Boss over the phone. Sad. The Boston Boss has a game plan but it leaves me as the lowest on the totem pole. The other helpers are associates and the team leader is an associate...but I am the lowest paid. I said that I would put in extra as long as I am paid for any extra time. The rest of you are salary I will not do the lions share and not be paid properly. To get more work out of me then make me salary ,,, that would come with a $6 an hour pay raise. We shall see. It is only a matter of time before we all go.
I found out that the team member they laid off is actually 64 so she doesnt have much time before she can get medicare. I also found out that her husbands disability from work covers his healthcare so that is good. The team lead thinks that they should be okay. She knows they only have 1 year left on their mortgage too. The team lead is sad because she has worked with this person for 35 years.
I finally found one of the buggy issues with y laptop. The trojan horse virus that made it impossible to use any link was hiding in something call scientific calculator that wasn't anything I had before. Once deleted I could access links. Yay. I also fixed the problem that made it hard to respond here.
