I went through the shells I picked up and I find that I have 2 of a different species than the Northern Moon snail shells. The difference is the color and that these 2 shells have a brown flap over their umbilicus. This belly button place forms as the whirl gets bigger on the shell. They could be true shark eyes or whale eyes, or perhaps Atlantic moon snails. I am not able to find a photo that matches.

Yesterday I wanted to go up north and buy some fall pants, go to the apple farm, eat fried clams and such, but the cousins called and they were going to see the Elvis movie. Dad is a huge Elvis person. I grew up with the music in the house so I know all the songs. I wanted to take him to see this anyway so we went. Then there was dinner and an ice cream. I thought the singing was good and the acting good. Its not a movie I would see on my own, but a good job was done.

Today I went with the cousins to see the Immersive Tutantkamen exhibit. I enjoyed the experience but I didnt learn or see anything new. There was an animated part at the end that was beautiful. I just think that $90 was too much

Tomorrow is a me day. Its supposed to rain. I hope it rains. We need rain. If it doesn't I am spending the day in the craft room.

I enjoyed the Elvis film, glad you did too.

I saw the Tutankhamun exhibition at the British Museum in 1972. Fifty fabulous pieces at the time including that beautiful death mask (icon). We had to queue for hours to get in.

painting it on ceramics sounds awesome and I love the idea of an unpainted one. I remember being awestruck when I saw it, it's truly magnificent.

Wow, did you buy the VIP tickets to the Immersive Tutantkamen exhibit? Or was that $90 for two of you?
