The last couple work days have been frustrating. I said that after I gave up my VISA work it would only be 8 hours a day and I planned on being bored. Nope. The team lead is going on vacation and I have to do all her work. ALL. I tried t for 2 days. It is like shoveling shit against the tide and when I finish it all has to be again the next day. This is unfair. I already took all the work that the laid off person did. I don't even have time to read emails. I said this all to the team lead. All she said is that it had to be done and she thinks we will have help in September. Thats fine...but I am only working 8 hours unless I get overtime. No over time. So then...I will rotate accounts. Start with one and go through...then pick up where I left off the next day and just go through them. I have the following Monday off so I will sen an email with what the team lead will need to clean up.

I have walked the beach by the house a few times. The water is very warm. There are little fishes right off shore. There are striped bass too... they can get to 4 ft, but I never see live ones.

Saturday I am going to see my Father's sister. Haven seen them since last year. Once Dad finishes painting the dining room I will have them over for a meal on the deck.

I have been glad for the break in the heat wave. I just wish it would rain.

Feck overtime, they should just double your pay since you are doing EVERYBODY ELSE'S work!!

I agree with the last comment. They really use you and don't want to pay you your worth. Charge them for wvry minute of overtime you work - if you choose to work!

That is CRAZY to expect you to pick up everybody else's work. UGH!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I hope you survive and will soon enjoy returning the favor. lol......
