ravena_kadeI had yesterday oft work in the garden. Its a shame that the grass is all burnt, but the rest of it looks good. I git the spa up and running with an extension cord running through the dining room window
The electrician has not come back with a quote yet. I hope he doesn't blow us off.
Went into work today and saw an email from the assistant vice president of the people I am training to take over my VISA work on Aug 1. The email says that the team called in sick and that we had to do the work ourselves. My team leader said that I was out and that all the team needed to do is review it for training. He tried to order her to do the work. So arrogant and so disconnected with what is happening.
I had a conversation with the team lead saying I cant do this anymore... I cant. Physically and mentally I am being jerked around and no one is supporting me with what I need help with. These people were supposed to be already trained in handling claims. I dont think they can ever wipe their butts after using the restroom. She tried to tell me that I had to look at it from their prospective. That made me angrier. I said, NO. I. DON'T. I have been trying to train them for over a months and they still cant get together to even read the claims without me hand holding. I dont care about their prospective. They are taking on a function...they should at least pretend to be interested in learning the function. Then she tried to say it was my fault as I dont ask for help... I asked her if she knew what gaslighting was. I said I have been saying this training hasn't been working for over a month and the manager doesn't care. ... and then she piled on more work as she is on vacation for the next 3 days. Okay so just how am I supposed to get help?
Tomorrow is a procedure meeting. They dont want me there and all of my managers are on PTO. Have no idea what is going to come out of that meeting.
