ravena_kadeSo we are into hell week. The Boston Boss is on vacation so all the weirdos comet of the woodwork.
I have been working over time but it does not help when you are putting out fires that are the result of the Boston Boss being out on PTO.
Today I almost lost it with the people I am trying to train to take my VISA job by July 29. They still don't have access to systems they should ave had access to a month ago and they are not interested in pursuing the access and I don't have the power to grant the access. I called the team leader to ask for advice as I totally lost my patience and the one idea I had may get someone who can grant access, but no longer works in a department that should have access , into trouble for a conflict of interest scenario. I was to the point of tears and swearing. I told the team lead that if I didn't have my 80 year old Dad I would walk out and not come back.
Looks like the house project that wont die wont be doe for when I wanted to entertain at the end of July. I have contacted 4 electricians and no one want to take a small job of upgrading 4 plugs and putting in a ceiling fan. They all want to charge 7 or 8 thousand to replace the hole electrical panel. I have someone coming in to look and give a quote on Saturday. He says he will do a small job...but he has to see what we have for him to hook up to. I said we put in a new line 5years ago that we were told could be built off. The original electrician who did that job cant do it because he is just recovering from a knee replacement. We shall see i
The good thing is that the yard has Monarch butterflies flitting through it. They make me happy.
