ravena_kadeToday I made to my BEACH in Ipswich. It was a perfect day on the beach. The air was not hot and the surf was warm. The waves were too strong for me to go in for a swim, but that is okay. The tide was wrong for shelling, but that is okay. I was there. That is the point.
It seemed to be a rescue moon snail day as most of the shells I found were still alive so I put them out in deeper water. I did find 4...and one was a blue moon. I think the bluer ones get washed in from dexter waters. I also found a rare whelk. It's a Stimpsoni whelk. It has holes in it, but I think that ads interest. The surprise of the day was 4 sand dollars. A surprise because the tide was high and you usually don't find them until low tide.
The weirdest sight was a little old man...looked over 90... in a hot pink glitter speedo. And he had a lot to stuff in that speedo. Rock on Granddad. Oh my.
Today I walked about 10 miles. 7.5 was barefoot in the surf. My feet right now are yelling at me. I'd give anything for a foot rub. Years agoI knew a guy with a thing for feet...wish he were here ;-)
I have 1200 mg of Ibuprofen and a glass of Prosecco. Dinner was homemade pineapple fried rice.

Dad is like having a 9 year old that you didnt plan for...one that can demolish the house and your finances all at once.
And work always has a new problem.
