The lawnmower men were here when I got in from work.

It no longer looks like leopards will be hiding in the grass.

They also weed whacked all of my strawberries...which were 7 inches in a border that I cleared so they would not need to trim close, some of my yellow iris and many marigolds.

Sigh


Now all I need is contractor cousin to finish and get his crap off my patio.

Maybe one of those leopards will take out the garden-devouring groundhogs. ;-)

Lawn maintenance people who can't tell grass from fruits and flowers aren't worth their pay.

The sad part is that the iris all were in flower and the strawberries had fruit on them... and they were within a well defined border.

Even worse! They don't even have the excuse that they looked like lawn and not like fruits and flowers!
