ravena_kadeOnce again I could not get that formula to work on that spreadsheet. I tried 5 times. I took screen shots and sent them to the person who made up the freaking thing. I asked for help as I was having a horrible time. 4 hours later and no response. Not even a "Let me look at it when I have a chance".
Have a $1400 item being contested on my VISA work. I sent in all documentation. Including a transcript from the machine saying it dispensed 14 $100 bills. The other bank is saying that my answer and doc doesn't prove anything. I asked the Boston boss how she would like me to proceed. 4 hours later and not a peep.
Gee, I wonder how long before someone remembers that I work with money and the bank is at risk?
