I have a terrible image stuck in my head. I did not see it happen... but it is stuck.

Sunday night a man was killed on the redline train. Trains I have taken since I was 14. They are how I get around. I love bigger trains too, They take me to where I want to be.

This night a man got his arm caught in the train door. The train operator didn't follow procedures to look out the window and check the doors before they start the train moving. I imagine the only thing intact of the man was his arm that was severed when the train sped into the tunnel. The space between train and tunnel wall does not clear a person. He was identified by dental records I can just imagine screaming as he tried to free his arm... and then... It's a death out of a horror movie.

That's utterly terrifying. :( I did not see anything in the news about it.

There was only a few news reports about it as they just said a man was dragged a short distance and died, His family has been interviewed. The T is being very discreet. Nobody is thinking the shirt distance was became he exploded into a wall. The Governor, because of the horrific nature, is allowing the T to gather info and be quiet until they have all the reporting together.

The train was 2 or 3 stops away before the driver was radio'd that someone "fell off" the train.

It took place at 12:30 at night. If it had been the day there would have been more witnesses and such.
