ravena_kadeToday was another crappy day.
I specifically had my team leader take over some f the "shoveling" shit work so I oculi focus on my VISA work and the Boston Boss kept interrupting with other crap. At one point IT refused to get us reporting that we needed and she told keto figure out how to do it on my own. Ummm I dont have the authority to order the MasterCard company to ignoramus's audit protocols and give unauthorized personnel reporting data. She interrupted me all day and sent me on a wild goose chase.
I asked the team leader if she could see what was going on in the emails... and she said sort of but she didn't have time for me. She and her daughter were having a hard time today. I have no idea if it was true or not...but I did feel played. I said I understood how hard it could be after loosing someone. I am sorry. But I also think that I may not be the right person for what ever job you people want me to do. I think you need someone else as I am not fitting in or succeeding in what ever game this is. I have had it. She was all "Oh don't say that. I need you. I appreciate everything you do ..you do so much work" I told her then she should back me up to the boss. I feel like I am being stream rolled. I cannot do VISA and the reconciliation. I need back up.
Then we get an email from the Boston Boss saying that they changed the return to work schedule again. The people needing to arrange child care in 15 days are going bananas. The woman who watches her infant granddaughter told me she was putting in for retirement but not telling the boss until 5 days before.
We now have to work Tuesday Wednesday and Thursday in office, but we still dont have any place to sit. Just were the hell are they going to squeeze in a dozen seats in an overcrowded area. We are going to be sitting on the toilets at this rate (but hey, the toilets would have walls).
This sad thing is that this schedule does not benefit me at all since I cant get any appointments on Fridays and would have to now beg to get to appointments during the week...and may get turned down. This boss has tried to refuse me getting a cancer biopsy before because of some one else vacation schedule. Meanwhile if you are not vaccinated you dont have to go into the office at all. Remote work for ever for them.
At 2 the team leader asked if I was signing off. I said I couldn't because the Boston boss kept sending me stuff I needed to do this afternoon. The team lead asked if she could do anything. I said "Back me up"
