ravena_kadeYesterday I had plans for chores in the morning and relaxing later. At 9 AM I have 3 people texting me in conversation and my Dad calling about trouble with his phone....Drives me crazy...but I understand there are others that have interruptions...and I understand that everyone is healthy...just annoying...and only annoying because I dont have much time to myself.
In the end I could not fix Dad's phone. I looked on the internet and I could not even find a you tube video for the model. I sent him to the verizon store to see if someone would help an old guy out...and they did. Turns out that the person who worked with us when we got his phone in October gave us the cheapest crappiest cell phone. The person told him that he could buy a better flip phone if he wanted If he had gone in pithing 3 months of getting this phone they could have made us a deal. I suggest he buy the better phone while he is still working.
He came home and I made him lunch...then walked my beach. It was chilly, but not too bad. The beach gave up quite a few scallop shells. I saw a light one in the water and ended up going in past the top of my waterproof shoes. The water was cold, but warmer than teh air around me. I cant wait until I can walk in the surf.
Came in and made chili for dinner and tried a crock pot recipe for Chinese green beans Both were good. The green beans will be lunch
Settled in for the night with a book on plants that kill.
Today I went to the cousins. One cousin is still very sick with an infection. she has been out of work 2 weeks. The 93 year old aunt is not doing great, She fell 2 weeks ago and is in an air boot. The lead cousin has been sleeping in a chair in her Mom's room. incase she has to get up in the night, or if her sick sister needs help in the night. The sister is waking up confused and the mom is a falling risk. I didn't want to go over today, but the lead cousin seemed to need someone to talk to. She is really stressed out and exhausted from taking care of 2 sick people. I told her that I could come of=ver if she wants to get out.. or even if she wants to rest upstairs in her bedroom for a day.
