It took 2 and a half hours to clean up the broken glass and put the Christmas tree back together.

Dad went to the cousins to watch football and they ordered Chinese food.

I thought I would try another addition of the Christmas cookie experiment. Maybe making cookies by the full moon would channel my Grandmother.

This recipe the cookies were more cookie like, but had a lot less spice flavor. The last recipe was full of flavor but more like cake. Perhaps I could try the first recipe again but switch out the butter for shortening.

The better science question is how I can condense a semi liquid jar of mincemeat into a a dried condensed mincemeat block? I now that simmering would condense the liquid, but that would make it a past not a dried block.

I ending up retreating to bed early because I was disappointed.

I had a dream where I was trying to touch someone I cared about about every time I reached out they would fade a bit and come back 2 feet farther away. It was frustrating and I woke up sad.

Today I bring my chicken parm cutlets over to the cousins so they wont go to waste. They dont deserve it...but I don't want to waste the meal.

Im looking forward to 2022. I am done with this year.

That took a while to clean up, darn your poor tree. I wonder if you got the mince meat block figured out. I was thinking that a food dehydrator might work. Do some people use toaster ovens to dehydrate food? I don't have either and am not that familiar with mince meat.

That was kind of you to bring the chicken to your cousins.

Hope today is going better!

Cats and Christmas trees - such a temptation! Mine have been good although Christmas cards on the side are all knocked over each morning so I know they have been 'investigating' the tree :)

I hope you have a lovely Christmas, also your dad and Frankie the cat and your cousins and aunts. They are all lucky to have you, you do so much for them all.
