ravena_kadeI worked 2 hours last night. I wanted to sign on and see if if the Boston Boss schedule the training I am supposed to do to turn VISA over t another department. There was nothing.
I started at 4:30 today. I had 3 hours of sleep. At 8 I get asked to do someone else's work because the team leader could not do it. I said that I would and then I needed to work on VISA as I hadn't seen able to get to it in over a week and I had to take a test that was due on Nov 4. She then had me do something else.
At 10 she wanted to talk to me about things. I thought it was to catch up since last week was a crazy week and I was behind. NOPE. It was her telling me about all the work she needs to train me one for when she goes on vacation because the new woman on the team isn't really competent and the other woman in PA cant handle it. FUCK. I said I worked hours and hours and I am not catching up and all I get is more thrown at me. She said that she had a meeting with the Boston Boss and the Boston Boss said I could do this. I said that it would be possible when VISA is gone, but I cant get up any earlier and work. I am exhausted all the time.
She said she asked the Boston Boss about my training and she said that the boston boss forgot. FORGOT!!!!.
I said that is upsetting... as well as the fact that the only expert in the bank on this function cannot set up the training to pass it in to the other department properly. She just agreed that it must be frustrating. I said I would not be surprised if the other department resumed to take the function and the Boston Boss is just afraid to tell me.
GRRRRRRRR
She goes on and on about the other stuff she wants me to do and it sounds like fucking crap. On ledger account has stuff in it that is 500 days old. Really. I said that I believe that should be reported to the federal government, we get fined, and get it off the books.
I just don't get it.
How could the Boston Boss forget.
The team lead asked what I thought. I said I don't think it matters.
My plan is to not start her reports until 6... I liked having the reports done early as they are faster that way...but I think the Boston Boss is using her to motivate me. I like her...but enough is enough.
