Oct. 21st, 2021 01:24 pmYesterday I was upset with how things were going with VISA. It took me 2 hours to gather more documentations fir things that I have already documented for items that I had to write off this Summer. The team leader called and wanted to give me more work and I said I cant take or do any more. Very much the same stuff I have been saying for months except this tine she could hear that I was at my wits end I told her that Quitting is really on my mind as I cant get anything resolved and more and ore is being put on a plate that I dont want. We said the same things I have been saying for month or so...blah blah blah.
Today I get a call from the Boston Boss at 6 AM. The team leader called her last night to tell her how upset I was. The boss basically says that it is all just anxiety on my part. Nothing else. (its a good thing we were not on video call) and that it will be different in November when teh other team takes away my VISA function.
I asked about the scheduling of training... should I set up time now? I wanted to get a handle on teh situation and prepare since I have a day off next week. She told me that I would not be training. They would ask me some questions and she would tell me wen I was needed... I dont need to know any ore than that. (Really???!!!??). I said "But Im the expert" She said that she was dumping this and that they other team will figure it out. (WTF) I asked about setting up the work flow on how we should balance the account and how out team should interact with their team to clear items in the account. She said that she had no intention of having me work on that workflow. Thats her job. (But she doesn't know how to reconcile the account or what it takes to clear a claim)
She also said that I shouldn't talk to my team leader. I said that I only tell the team lead about reconciling the account as she is in charge of that function and I tell her why I cant take on all the work she wants to give me. She needs to know how much time I have available. Boston Boss said I should go to her. I said that she has been busy and not available. She said Yes. And that was it.
Maybe she is getting rid of me Either way I wont have to talk to her.
