ravena_kadeI had a really good day on Sunday.
I worked the Animal Shelter's Brunch fundraiser. Not a lot of people came, but I had fun. I sold raffle tickets and pulled the names for the prizes. We had 30 prizes. It was nice to mingle with people and sip Mimosas ;-) The place was at a marina and we were outside all day. Fabulous weather for it.
I met some of the fund raiser people and said that I would like to be involved more...but explained that I couldn't haul stuff because I don't have a car. I am really good at packing and unpacking and setting things up.
Hopefully I will have more opportunities.
