Last weekend was a good weekend. Nice to be with friends. Very nice to be outside for 2 days.

I finally have photo of a bald eagle. Its not a great shot as the bird was soaring high up, but you can clearly see the white head and tail. It pleased me to finally catch one.


The work week has been exhausting. Monday I started at 4 AM and worked until 4 PM...and then started to work again at 8 PM to ll PM. The other days were not as long, but they certainly were not 8 hours. Just 2 more days. Then the Team lead will be back from PTO. I am not starting before 6 AM when she come back. I melted down a few times in the kitchen. I can't do this anymore.

I picked up my new glasses today. I wish I was as smart as they look.

Since I was in town I took myself to Whole Foods and picked up some pumpkin whoopee pies, some nice cheese, and some sunflowers. I need to get into town more often. I miss it.

My friend that runs the craft show I am doing suggested that I do some of my 8 x 8 paintings to try and sell. I just cant think of anything to paint. I will need to think about it.

Do you get paid by the hour or do you get salary? It sounds like they have you doing unpaid work, which is I believe illegal. :(

Paid or not, I'd call it slave labour and taking unacceptable advantage.

all of this. lots of places are hiring. i know you need a certain wage, but i wish you could find a place that would treat you better.

oh, and remember we had discussed the little sea creature studies, at one point? still think those would sell well.
