ravena_kadeToday the team leader was out and will be out tomorrow as well.
The other person I work with was out because her husband needed a surgery that is supposed to save his leg. They really wont know if it worked until 9 months from now.
I started at 3:30 AM to get everything done and I couldn't finish to get to VISA...they thing I dont have a back up for.
I found out that the Boston manager has a 2 day meeting. A coworker sent me an email telling me and informing me that I had to back up the manager's work too. Ummm...that should have come from the boss.
What pissed me off is that my team will start early and stay late to cover and the boss wouldn't start 10 minutes before her 9 am meeting to run a frigging report. 10 minutes. The boss starts at 6 AM. She is paid high enough that she is salary. She is a Manager...and she could not help the team out by turning on her computer before the 9 am meeting because it was over at 5. Such a selfish terrible manager.
One thing I noticed is that the meeting wasn't wither new boss. Skype shows me when people are in meetings. I can only hope it was about VISA and that they are taking it away from me...even if the boot me out the door.
Still now word on when we go back to the office. When we do I want a conversation with the Boss's boss.
